Mango Lassi:
Ingredients Required:
1 mango - peeled and diced
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup ice
Preparation method:
In a blender, combine mango, yogurt, sugar and ice. Blend until smooth.
Mango-Lime Spritzer:
Ingredients Required:
2 tbsp lime juice
1 1/2 cups club soda
lime slices
1 large, ripe mango
Preparation method:
Puree the fruit of mango in a blender. Add the lime juice and club soda and mix just to blend. Strain. Pour over ice and garnish with thin slices of lime.
