Synopsis
The Iron Tooth

In the kingdom of Dashter, children were playing along streams when there was suddenly a loud crash as a strong, cold wind blew and the light was sucked out causing the people to grope in the dark. Elsewhere, from the quiet town of Ballos, young Princixs life is turned upside down when he wins magical gifts in adventure, returning home a hero. Prithvin Rajendran has a fascination for adventure and fantasy. He is an avid traveller and his visits to the United Kingdom, continental Europe, South East Asia, West Asia and different parts of India have enabled him to interact with and understand the beauty of different cultures. His joy for travel is weaved into his style of thought and approach to fantasy. Prithvin is an engineer in electronics. He has excelled in academics, having been awarded over forty certificates of merit, gold and silver medals. He has also completed an economics course at the London School of Economics. Prithvin has been an out performer in leadership and quizzing. As Chair, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE), Prithvin organised the collection of funds for flood relief efforts in Orissa. He was also Secretary of the EEE English Club at college. Prithvin loves quizzing. Winning the all-India Image of France Quiz enabled Prithvin to undertake a prize trip to France. He also won the National Quiz on Japan twice. Prithvin currently works at Cognizant Technology Solutions and resides at Chennai, India. It is a nice book. Good flow, good scenes and a decent language. But this book lacks the intensity that one is looking for. This book might just keep you interested on a long journey

A very unique book in its own natural style. Well thought and well written. I would have missed something had I not read this book. The articulation of words was fantastic. The background was good. I could actually smell the kingdom reading the book. Hats off to the writer of "The Iron Tooth"

Pleasure to note of the book written by my own team mate. He has done a great job in delivering the book & all his hard work is turning fruitful colors now. Some points I would like to comment on: i) The book is neat, clear & to the point. ii)There must be a special applause for the team which did the image work in the book. they turned up amazingly good. iii)Unique style of handling things needs to be appreciated. In short a joy to read. There are of course areas where he can improve on. there are a few situations where you disagree with the author's thought. But considering all the factors, he has done justice to the book.

Here is a book that brings fantasy, tradition, history and a bit of creativity. It drags you for the start, but eventually catches phase. The background, the style of dialect and the presentation is good. There is a decent flow too. Something could have been done in the early chapters to make the readers pay more attention. Chapter 4 introduces 7 new faces. Why this many, no idea.The reader is perplexed. The re-introduction of all the 7 charactars again in the later chapters hene makes no sense. At the end of the day, wont you tell that it is the same old story of a Prince saving Princess from the Villan?
