Q: How do I check my points?
A: Simply sign into your IndiaPlaza.com account and click the "Check Your Points" link on the left of your screen. This will take you to a page that will display the amount of points you've successfully earned and may redeem. GO BACK
Q: When may I redeem my points?
A: At any time. Simply go to your check my rewards page or click here. On that page, you will see a list of prizes you may redeem your points for. Simply follow the instructions. GO BACK
Q: May I redeem my points for anything on your site?
A: No. There is a list of select products that you may redeem your points for here. GO BACK
Q: May I combine my prize redemption with an order I'm placing?
A: Yes. However please note that the price change for redeemed rewards will be shown on the final invoice page after check out. Also, should your shopping cart include some items which are not part of the reward redemption, please know you will be charged for the balance alone. GO BACK
Q: May I combine Gift Certificates and points on redemption or an order?
A: Yes. As long as there is a positive balance, you may. GO BACK
Q: May I have my prize shipped to an address other than my own?
A: Yes. When you check out, simply modify the shipping address to reflect where you wish the reward item to be sent. GO BACK
Q: Can points be exchanged for cash or store credit?
A: No. Points have absolutely no cash value. GO BACK
Q: May I return or exchange prizes?

Q: If I have several IndiaPlaza.com user Accounts, may I combine the points from all of my accounts?

Q: How long will it take to receive my prize once I redeem my points?
A: Your redemption will be treated by our service department like an order, and it will receive the same care that we give all of our orders. In most cases, you will receive your prize within 2 weeks of accurately redeeming your points on our site. GO BACK
Q: Is there any cost to me when I redeem my points?
A: Yes. The shipping costs will be levied according to the current policy on our site. GO BACK
Q: May I use points towards the shipping cost of the prize?
A: No. Shipping fees are never eligible for point redemption as they are not on the chart of eligible merchandise. However, shipping fees charged by IndiaPlaza.com and paid for by your account do count towards your accumulation of points. GO BACK
Q: Do I keep points even if I return merchandise I've ordered?
A: No. Any points earned from orders that are returned in whole or in part will be deducted from your account appropriate to the dollar amount spent on that order or that part of that order. GO BACK
Q: Will other items ever be added to the prize list?
A: Other items may be added OR removed from the prize list at IndiaPlaza.com's discretion. All items are subject to availability and substitutions may occur as necessary. GO BACK
Q: When will be I awarded my points?

Q: Are there exemptions to how I may earn points?
A: Points are not awarded for any Travel purchases made through our site or for any purchases made through our affiliates' sites. GO BACK
Q: Does my points expire?

Q: May I gift my points to someone else?
